Count function from top - Excel Power Query

Dear all,

Could you please suggest me what function could help me in excel power query to use count formula.
But I don’t want to have regular count but function which will count from top of the table and when some value is populate first time the result should be one, and when is populate the second time should be two.

Example:
Value in column | Count Result
11 | 1
22 | 1
33 | 1
11 | 2
44 | 1
22 | 2
55 | 1
11 | 3
66 | 1
22 | 3

You don't have a transaction number, so just add an index column first and use that as the transaction column is used in the tutorial.
