Close definitely a workbook and hide the toolbar of excel

Hi guys, hope everything is going well. This has been a challenge for me for many months ... I hope you can help me this time too.

I found a macro on the internet with a code to force users to obligatorily "enable the use of macros" before they can see or enter the workspace, I made this configuration to give the book greater security. But I see that some code is causing problems that can be annoying for users:

    1. The workbook (with macros) does not close completely when it is the only workbook open at that time, the application is still open.

    2. Even when no changes have been made to the book, it asks the user "if you want to save the changes"

    3. The code to hide the excel toolbar or ribbon sometimes affects other workbooks currently open.

I have uploaded an attached example so you can see these issues. The code to activate the toolbar is CTRL + o and the username and password are written inside the login box (EDITED 2020-11-01)

Waring, file contains dictator code that will disable all shortcut keys and does not properly reinstate them..

do not download this example file.. or at least do not enable the macro's

Hi, my project has keyboard commands disabled for added security, as we don't want users to be able to edit it. That is an example file, the original workbook contains those same codes as well. Do you want the workbook again with keyboard commands enabled?

So sorry, I just release that I wrote wrong the keyboard command to enable the ribbon or toolbar of excel. The correct is CTRL + o.
