I am trying to take data from one tab, transpose it into columns on the next tab, but include the headings that go along with each line.
Example one company might have 4 items under Type Cd SS, but another company might have 60, and another might have 0
In order for me to merge these into a letter (in WORD), I need each amount / reference number in its own column.
If I need to put in fixed headings I can, I would just need to have them in order:
CS # ; CS Amt ; SS # ; SS Amt ; TN # ; TN Amt ; STN # ; STN Amt
CS is only 1
SS could be anywhere from 0 - 70
TN could be anywhere from 0 - 5
STN could be anywhere from 0 -5
I am able to transpose the rows into one line per company, but unclear how to bring over the headings so I know what they are, and I can't just have them fixed because if one company has no Type Code CS then it needs to leave it blank, but it enters the next line in the first column.

Tab - DATA = my information pulled from my system
Tab - Working File1 = information pulled after my transposition macro
Tab - Working File - End Result = what I would like the information to actually look like
(also, if possible to make things easier?? before transposing make any Type Code PRS or SRS to show just SS)

Full Name
CS #
CS Amount
SS #'s
SS Amounts
TN #'s
TN Amounts
STN #'s
STN Amounts
