    Smile Format Date In A Column To mm/dd/yyyy

    Hi

    I have a column with all dates formatted as "2018-November-12" , I want to change the format to "11/12/2018".
    I have tried to use Sheet.Range("M:M").NumberFormat = "mm/dd/yyyy", but it's not working for me.

    Please help.

    "2018-November-12" - is probably text and must be converted but not by format. You can use CDate or Copy/pastspecial or ...
