How can I get range strings from cell values

Hi there,

A	B	C	D	E	F
		AA	AB
		5	15
		20	45
		45	90

so i need a macro to clear ranges that are seen in the cells above
range AA5:AA15
range AA20:AA45
and so on
the values will change so i need the code to run ang get the ranges from the values
