Exclude certain charts from macro loop

Hi,
I have this macro which loops through all open charts and adjusts the axis for them...Can it be made to exclude "chart 10" and "chart 1"? I assume chart id can be taken from selection pane?

superb thanks - this is a borrow macro modified it from another version - do you think this firstime can be safely removed? can you please help me do this?
