In column A, I have thousands of URLs that go to a pdf on the web.
In column B, I have what I would like the downloaded pdfs to be named.
Does anyone have a way to download all of the pdfs and name them with Column Bs values?

If you have your browser settings for downloads set to save file, always, it is as simple as going to each URL via the method shown in the link above and pushing the save button. but of course, that would take forever. I seriously doubt there is a way to push the save button in a browser dialog automatically with any language, because the code that drives those windows are built into the browser software, and every browser runs off of proprietary platforms. now, if you HAD access to a URL like the following one, which lists nothing more than a bunch of links to different downloads of various package types, you might be able to bypass the dialog stopping points I just mentioned:
