Stop data entry between 2

I'm trying to lock a cell/worksheet for data entry between 2 date, but im having trouble making my code work between 2 dates. Ive got it working so data entry isn't allowed before or after a certain date but I cant get it so that data entry is only allowed between the 2 dates. The end goal is to not allow data entry at all apart from one cell per sheet. upon entering a specific value in that cell, sort of like a password in effect. Data would be allowed on the entire sheet but only between the specified dates in my VBA code. I'm trying to do this without passwords for the entire workbook as I sort of need the current sheet to expire each month and then each month a new password is given out and entered and then the next sheet is active.
