Tabs as separate Excel Files with Password

    Hi Everyone,

I have a large excel workbook that i use for our company planning. Once completed, I was hoping to utilize a macro that could save certain tabs within the workbook as a separate file that has a password. I've seen previous macros that can save a tab as an excel file, but I'm looking for one that can take multiple tabs, combine to a workbook (or separate files if it can't combine), but in order to open it, would require a password. Spreadsheet has a lot of confidential information which is why the password is needed. The password can be in the code and also the location in which the workbook would be saved.

Although there is general code to carry out what you describe, the code you require will be specific to your workbook. As per the yellow banner instructions, please post a copy of your file so we can suggest the code to meet your specific needs.
