I m Creating Project where While Open an Excel file User Details (Microsoft Email id Fach) that Method is Working File
But Post Locked the Cell and While another User Open the Excel file formula Is not get Refreshed or recalculation is not happing.
Can anyone Help Me what should I do.
I already Used Below VBA codes.

I created Email Id validation Kind of in excel
WHile User Open the Excel email Id is going to retrieve From Microsoft Login id But WHile opening and on Clicked event On Both I Used Below Code but Still Formula is Not recalculating
