    Reset with a skip row

    Hi,
I am trying to replace the (B6:F29) to A3, A5, A7, A9, all the way to A601. As you notice the number skip one row. How do I replace the code to skip the one row between those number from A3 thru A601?

    Thanks.

This is the code that I have on the reset button in my worksheet.

Re: Reset with a skip row

so you want to replace the value in every other row on a sheet, in one column from start cell to end cell? furthermore, I don't think this would do anything:

and according to this, it doesn't:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/off...el.range.value

it is setting a value for one cell (range) at a time, not a range span at once.

Re: Reset with a skip row

I actually want to replace B6:F29. To where i am able to dele the A3, A5, A7, A8, etc. so its every other row from from A3.
When i click the rest button it will only delete the A3,A5, A7. ,etc. But instead of me typing each cell is there a way to A3:A601? If i do this then all the cells will be deleted including the A4, A6 ,etc

Re: Reset with a skip row

I don't think I understood anything that you're saying and I'm really sorry about that. you're talking about the range and column b and then you're talking about issuing replacements and column a every other row and those two columns are unrelated. so the only thing I can assume is that you are somehow wanting to relate column b to column a or something like that. you can ask another question in another post but I don't think I'm the right guy to answer these questions sorry. but I will see what you come up with next hopefully someone else is watching this thread.

Re: Reset with a skip row

    Sorry my English no good.

    Ok...
    [A3,A5,A7,A9,A11,A13,A15,A17,A19,A21].Value = ""

I don't want to type every single cells in the code. You will noticed that I am skipping a cells. Instead of typing every cells is there a way to do it like this A3:A601 but if I do this code like this it will reset the cells from A3 to A601. I don't to reset the A4,A6,A8..etc.

    Thanks.
