    how to add 5 blank row in a sheet after every filled row

    Hi,

    We have a sheet where we have data
    Sheet1
    Row1 Test
    Row2 Test2
    Row3 Test3

    now we want add 5 blank row after Row1, Row2 and row3

    we have many row so any vba or formula
