Copying entries to a new sheet automatically.

I originally posted this on Mr. Excel, but it went cold. I got one reply that simply critiqued my template but offered no advice.

I'm trying to find a way to automatically populate the Category/Rank per site as unique rows on the Vendor – Upload Template Tab by us filling in the Vendor – Account Template Tab. Site information on the Vendor – Account Template Tab would be populated manually along with the Categories (upon learning what they are). I included some sample data on the Vendor – Account Template to simulate how things would be entered. I also manually populated the Vendor – Upload Template with what I would want the result to look like. I've tried to do this in formulas that just got way to convoluted. I was trying to do it without VBA. but I'm not sure it's possible. I'm not overly sure this can be done at all.

I tried to upload a template attachment but it won't clicking on the add attachment icon doesn't do anything. Apparently I haven't posted enough to do that. Seems silly if I need it for help. A template is over on Mr. Excel.

Please note that I attempted to list the link to Mr. Excel as asked for in this forum, but again, because I haven't posted enough, I can't. That flies in the face of this forums regulations.
