Is a macro that ensures formulas can't be saved or copy and pasted even possible?

I'm not asking for the macro to be written, just want to know if it is possible. A cloud based excel document that whenever it is saved in a location other than the specific cloud location, it gets saved as values only, so the formulas stay protected (or even made incapable of being saved anywheres except the cloud). If anything is copy and pasted, it is automatically is pasted to the clipboard as values only.

The point would be so the formulas stay out of sight and the spreadsheet is more likely to stay my own proprietary info.
