I want to establish a conditionnal formatting in my graph automatically in my sheet "ND_France"
AB = blue
MedeL= red
Cochlear = yellow
OM = orange

You don't need (and can't apply) conditional formatting to the chart.
Double click on the chart to bring up the Format Chart Area pane on the right.
Click on each bar (you may need to click it again so it is the only bar selected and then on the right hand pane you will find the fill option.
Repeat for each bar to change the colour.
