Lock Cells from editing.

Hi,

Thanks for being present and active in this community.

I have an issue at work. I am trying to build this application which lets a user pick a name (Name Column) from the dropdown and then enters his contribution (%Contribution Column) to the corresponding name.

I need help with:

- Locking cells in %Contribution Column and greying them out if the corresponding value in Name Column is left blank (unpicked from the dropdown).

Unfortunately, I am not able to retrofit your code in my original project. I am not sure what is wrong with my code. I made some changes in the sample file so that it looks closer to my actual project. Could you please take a look and adjust your code?
