How to auto generate Serial Numbers based on YEAR and other fields

Hello all

I have created an excel sheet for hazards record with 20 columns. First column (A) is the ID, which is created automatically using
1) Fixed text
2) Values from Column 3 or C (Standard) and 11 or K (Year of the date)
3) auto number (n+1)
But these serial numbers are generated with the help of formula.
I want to create a VBA Code for this purpose as I want to enter the data through a USERFORM.
Your help / guidance is required in this regard.
