find value from another sheet and the corresponding column values

i am trying to get the values from another sheet based on eventtype passed into the function.

so it shud find the eventtype and the get the values in corresponding columns into AA,BB,CC ad finally output them into Result, but i get error at eventCellAddress saying invalid qualifier

This is not a function, this code has no function construct ...
