Get specific data from one file and paste it in another file at specific location

i want vba code for following process
look in to file analysis if i select values
m2738,m2740, m2741, m2742 paste that values in file
mandi karanja where i click in which cell and onword bellow paste it
in this example i select cell N2513 in file mandi karanja
then copy values of column B from analysys file only copy data in column
B which is infront of selected cells which is in column A then paste
that data in mandi karanja file in column P where previous data is pasted
infront of that data but past it in column P then do same thing
about data of analysis file which is in column R,C,D and paste
that data in mandi karanja file see after before sheets for more clarification
