Open workbook on monitor where i opened file

Hello,

i am opening workbook on second monitor but the instance of Excel is opened in primary monitor.
It is possible to catch on which monitor i had open windows file browser and open Excel in the same monitor?

Now i want to while opening file know which monitor i am using to do it.

Maybe it is possible to add wokrbook event while opening every Excel instance to check it ?
