Need code trimmed down

This code will scan a list of exercises and if they do not exist in the ex_and_spec table, it will enter the exercise inthe ex_and_spec table and open a message box which give you the opportunity to assign a specificity rating of 1 to 5 to the exercise and that value is added to the table. That is all I need it to do anymore (other than the message box at the end).

The problem is I don't know what lines of code can be cut out and what lines of code need to stay.

It turns out this code works good as is. I cut an obviously useless part of it out and turns out I cut the perfect amount out.
