Click and find .doc file

HI

I have a userform that im trying to amend please see attached, basiclly i did have a command in the text box (txtmobil) where i would double click and it would open a hyper link, however there will be well over 3000 links that i would need to create.

So what i would like to do is to double click the txtsurname textbox and it will automaticly look for the same JSA number thats in the box the the .doc file that will be called the same ie 104 00 001 but .doc. i want it to open up.

All the .doc files will be in the same folder as this excel sheet/ userform

I have tryed this could for doubble click to open a .doc file file but getting errors can anyone tell me whats wrong please
