How to control all the drop down menus

I have 15 sheets in my excel and each one of them has a drop-down menu representing the years. I want to change one drop down menu and I want all the drop down menu to show that value. I found a solution online, but here it only shows for two sheets, I just want to do it for multiple sheets.

Out of interest, why have multiple dropdowns if they should all show the same data?
