Toggle Button to work when making a copy of the tab

I have the following macro in a specific tab. How would I change it, so when the user makes a copy of the same tab in the same file, the macro continues to work.

This is a Private Sub

So I assume that it is sheet specific and the Toggle Button is an Activex Toggle button.

So if you create a copy of the sheet the toggle button and the macro will also be copied.

So you should not need to do anything.
