    Index-Match in VBA

I have a table containing a year's worth of hourly data. I have written a macro to dynamically create a subset of this table. I would like to include index-match within the macro to pull the cell which corresponds to that date and time.

I have attached a sample file, where entering a start date of July 1, for one week generates a table of 168 rows. I would like to index match those 168 rows to the interval column of the table in the annual sheet.
