Storing data on another sheet automatically by clicking button

Hello everyone,

I was just trying to create a button "Store results" which would automatically save the data on database sheet in one row. Attached is a picture of my sample data and I want to save those data that are in yellow on the other sheet in ONE ROW. I did it with the following code but at the same time I want that if data changes this new data to be added under the previous data on the database sheet. According to this code it's not added under the previous data it just overwrites it. Could you please help me how to solve this problem.
