Required vba code exlcel sheet automatic closed when specify date passed

Dear All,

I want to vba code ,
If I give a date in the vba code, then that file should not be open when that date starts.

for example :
i give in vba code date is : - 10-Dec-2020

when 10-Dec-2020 is system date then the excel file should not open that day and in the future after 10-dec-2020.

should be open by 09-Dec-2020

open after password is "SUBHASH"

can is possible ?

sir, one small request, when i type password in input box then display the password, i want cant display password view only ******* ( star ) characters..

this is possible sir?
