macro vba rows above text

Hello, please can you help me create macro. I have in dataset twice name pavol. But i would like to delete all of rows above first name pavol. but rows above second name pavol do not delete. But above first name pavol we have now 8 rows. but in second dataset can have 13 rows.in third dataset can have 5 rows. Please can you help me . i tried all what i know but it do not work. thank you
