Trying to rename a macro but I get Compile error - Expected: Identifier.

I know - How could someone not know what to do? Well, I am 84 and do not get the oportunity to use macros very often so I do most of mine by recording a macro and then coming here for the fine points.

Open is a designated word so you can't use like you're trying to do.
You could use something like bOpen or O_pen or any other combination.
Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.
