FTP file copy

I run a macro to export a worksheet to a csv file that is saved on my c: drive. I would like to upload this file to a ftp space using another rmacro. Can anyone provide me some simple code? Thanks.

delving into FTP with ANY language is not easy whatsoever. that is not built into anything by default. but you can benefit greatly by
looking at this file, written by me a long time ago. this IS technically an FTP program. just like Filezilla. it's in ms access, but that doesn't matter.
the code is VBA so it works in excel just fine. but it's extremely complex.
