Refresh PivotTable and source Table (table source from Query itself)

I'm sure this will be an easy solution for the experts on here...I have a Table in Sheet 1 called "Table1" and a pivot in Sheet 2 called "PivotTable". "Table1" is the data source for "PivotTable" and uses a query to pull data from other sheet/table.
What VBA can I write to assign to a macro to refresh both the PivotTable and Table1 while I am on Sheet 2? ( I don't need the other tables to update, only Table1 and the PivotTable.)

Suggest you create a macro for the specific tables/PTs you wish to refresh using the Macro Recorder. If you then have any issues, post your VBA here with an explanation of what is not working for you.
