Help with filtering using multiple checked boxes in a cell

    Hello!

    My first question:

I am trying to create a possibility where I can use multiple checkboxes in a single cell. Then be able to filter the sheet based on what's checked in those boxes. For instance, I have several people with 5 boxes checked next to their name, I want to filter to see who has one of those categories checked.

I am attaching a sample. Please let me know if there's any questions.....wish I knew how to explain better!!

I'm not a fan of check boxes used in this purpose. I would use a Code to replace that column (D). Where, perhaps 1 = Tech 2 = WTRSDR OR T= Tech; W, R, E, VP, VS etc...... I would have a ledgend for your new Coding Convention. This way Column d Could get full name if needed. Check out the 2 examples. I added a row in the filtered data where I show the filter 'Contains' 2 criteria.
