Moving Rows with Negative values

I just need help with a code that moves the rows (Cut and paste" from the Tab "Paste Here' to to the Tab Titled "Credits" if the values in column F are negative.

The number of rows in "Paste Here" will vary.

The range to be cut over on each row is A-K.
The rows applicable will be all starting with A3 and down.

Does this mean that "data header" starts with cell "A2" ?
