You can use this formula in cell BZ6:

=COUNTIFS($Q6:$BW6,"x",$Q$4:$BW$4,BZ$4)

although you may need to use semicolons ( ; ) instead of commas ( , ), depending on your regional settings.

Then copy across and down as required.
