I hope finding to answer my question I would filter data based on sheets names and brand based on column b in all sheets so when I write in g2, h2 in sheet1 it brings data and if g2 is empty it brings all data from all sheets based on h2 and sum the values in last row "total" I put example in the expected result in sheet1

actually I would mod the code based on dropdown and condition if if I only sect g3 then bring all data based on sheet's name and if I select only h3 then bring the item what I selected from all sheets and if I select from g3 ALL sheets then bring all data from all sheets

@sintek wow! very impressive I just want something if is possible highlight the last row "total" by red color and may I write in g3 or h3 wrong sheet's name or wrong item then show the error
i would show message box the sheet name or the item is not existed
If brand does not exist, then table will be blank...no need for error trapping...
