Transpose multiple rows information to single rows and keep only one rows

I need one help!

1.I have some data above from column "A" to "AB".
2.Information from column "A" to "X" is same for one employee. Example for R122(Employee ID) the information is same from column "A" to column "X").
3.For R133 (employee ID) the information is same from column "A" to column "X").
4.Rows in column "Z" needs to add column and fill the information from column "Y" as per employee ID.
5. Rows in column "AA" needs to add in separate column and fill the information from column "AB" as per employee ID

Hi maras_mak,
Thank you for your support. However there is only one problem.
It works fine if there are duplicate/multiple entries but if any employee ID has only single record, then it is showing an error.
Error is showing in line

If x(i, ii) <> "" Then

Please help!
