Command Button to Look Up TextBox Value - Pull list of all values that match

    Hi,

I have a spreadsheet (see attached). That when you type the part number into the textbox, then click the command button (magnifying glass), it will look for that part number on the 'RI PN Info' tab. There may be the same part number with different revs, so it would be nice if there was a way it would pop up and ask which rev you would like (giving you the choices from the 'RI PN Info' tab - column F), and you can select the rev to pull the right row of information into the userform. Hopefully this makes sense.

    Thank you!

It can certainly be done, but perhaps a simpler method would be to have the PN field on the form as a ComboBox with list of all PNs and if there is more than one revision of that PN then another ComboBox appears that lists each relevant revision?

That might work, but there would be a long list of part numbers (200+) that would be in the combobox. Unless there is a way to start typing in the combobox and have it pull up the ones that start to match.

Quickly thrown together to see if the idea works for you, so there may be a few bugs that need ironing out, but hopefully should point you in the right direction.

If you don't like this approach then we can certainly give your idea a whirl.
