Copy row values to another spreadsheet first empty row

Hi

I have a spreadsheet ("Search") where is a certain row (row number 100) which has values. I want to copy this row to another spreadsheet ("Test") to the first empty row. I must do this hundreds of times so is it possible to do with macro or formula?

Thanks for the help.

Sample attached. Next time when i run the macro the information from the row hundred should go to the "Test" spreadsheet row 4 because it is the first empty row.
