macro to copy columns to another sheet when condition is met

generated report displayed records that falls within the target month in reference to date(column G) and picks up only data with status(column H) = Open

final report displays:
Description (column c)
corrective action (column d)
target date (column l)
extension (column m)

How do you determine the target month? Also, you have dates for both 2020 and 2021. Do you want to included both years?

i was thinking of placing a cell to select month and year then hit submit to generate the report. will that work?
