Saving File to Google Drive

Good morning experts!

I've been scratching my head for a while on this one. This forum, Google and Google Drive help have not been able to help either. So I throw myself into the sea of knowledge!

I have been using the attached code segment for a while now, without issues - originally saving to a network drive within the building. Since changing to a Google drive things have gone wrong.

At the point of saving, Excel creates a file with a hex filename, and then closes down.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Colin,

Google Drive's default folder location is in the user's profile. If you've set it up on a network drive and you have full writing access to the drive, you should not have any problem.
Check if you can access the shared drive manually from a file manager or file explorer. Copy something into it. If it works then make sure the path matches the one in the macro.
