This may be a bit of a cross post from my question earlier here:

But this time, rather than asking if you can figure out what is wrong/broken in my spreadsheet, I would ask how you would solve the problem as I'm sure the fine folks on this forum will have a more elegant solution
The challenge is:
When the [Employees] table is filtered down to a single row, the 'Employee ID' will populate in cell C9
How can you use this value in C9 to automatically filter the other 2 tables on sheet3 and sheet4.
(the employee ID being the primary key between all 3 tables)
