Use a value on active sheet to filter tables on other inactive sheets

Hi All

This may be a bit of a cross post from my question earlier here:

But this time, rather than asking if you can figure out what is wrong/broken in my spreadsheet, I would ask how you would solve the problem as I'm sure the fine folks on this forum will have a more elegant solution

The challenge is:
When the [Employees] table is filtered down to a single row, the 'Employee ID' will populate in cell C9
How can you use this value in C9 to automatically filter the other 2 tables on sheet3 and sheet4.
(the employee ID being the primary key between all 3 tables)

As there is much repetition between the three tables my first question would be why 'three tables'.
They appear to be only used as data storage, so make it simple as one pseudo database.
Use a 'UserForm' in preference to on sheet textboxes & comboboxes - far easier to keep the coding in its own envelope.
Give the attached a trial - to create a new record first press 'NEW' - fill in data - press 'ADD' to save - the rest should be intuitive.
The search box searches on the Employee ID and interacts with the search listbox - the listbox can be used independently to search.
To launch 'UserForm' press green button in upper left cell.

That's an amazing bit of work thank you! Although I fear it's too far above my comprehension of vba to fix it if something goes wrong, as that's well beyond my skill level
