auto sending mail from excel file according to specific IF CONDITION or TEXT

Hello there, I need some help with my excel file please.

I have attached my excel file here. I have made this excel file to track my instruments at my laboratory....

I want to set auto email to one specific mail address through outlook according to the COLUMN J condition.

I want to set the mail "Subject" as the column J values.

I want to add column B content in the mail body.

I have tried some vba code but I just cant make it working.

Thanks a lot .........Its working nicely...though I changed to "Calibration Required" from "calibrated"..............

Can I add one more IF statement there for the "Warning!........"

There were 3 statements..... and I wanted Calibration Required and Warning calibration overdue to be reminded when date meets.

how can i change the email body information....If I wanted the email body like this way......

Equipment Name (B1): HPLC Binary gradient system with PDA, RF detector along with amino acid analyses. (B2)
Model (C1) : Nexera XR (C2)
Instrument ID (OLD) (D1): QCE-1.2 (D2)
Calibration Expiry date: (I2)


Is that possible ???

Hi Dave,

I am not using "Outlook". Is it possible to change the code to read the mail application whatever he has in his computer instead of outlook.
