Sizing Snip window

What I'm trying to do is:

1. Open 'Snipping' with a set window size
2. allow me to move window for clipping between monitors (i have 3, some people have 2)
3. select area to snip and past into specific location on the active sheet.

by borrowing code from the internet, i can get 'snip' to open, but not set the size... or insert it into excel.
