Query macro/script

I have a hidden table in cells A60:E260
I want to have the user enter a value (4 digits numeric) into a particular cell (lets say A3) and have the macro/script do a lookup on column A in the table and then return the entire row out of the table for that value into C5:C9. It should probably ask them a question like enter your 4 digit code into A3.

The user should not be able to see any other information other than their row.
Please help this probably isn't hard put I am new at this.


Secondary question will this also work if I safe the spreadsheet as a PDF?

I just found the lookup command which works and I can hide the table from view.

Still won't work when I make it a PDF but one step at a time.

Any other ideas are appreciated.
