Change last cell informed in equation

Good morning,
I have one question by now.
I'm doing some equations that I need to change the last cell called.

Example below:

C2:
=geral_prod!$C$4

C3:
=geral_prod!$D$4

and it's going until C37 that I have =geral_prod!$AL$4.

After this, the equation change to:

C38=geral_prod!$D$5.

so this continue for more 36 lines and repeat this loop for 12x (last loop is in C469 with =geral_prod!AL15).
Someone can help me with macro or vba for this situation?
