Macro to rename files in ac folder

I have several files in a Folder

The names in the Folder are in Col A on sheet "JNL Uploads"

I would like a macro to rename the files in C:\Sales Journals" with the Prefix in Col B that matches the name in Col A


I hsave code below to do this, but none of the files are being renames with the prefix in front of the name

your file already has the extensions in the cell value there is no need to append it in the code
you also have a formula to append the prefix to the new name so no need also in the code
