MSGbox if cel C17 from active sheet is empty

I am looking for the right code that gives a message box if C17 of sheet "Factuur" is still empty.
After this directly select this cell C17 of sheet "Factuur".

Almost, the problem now is that this cell contains a formular and when its empty the code #N/B. In this cell comes an adres when it is selected from a dropdown menu. And when I clear all needed cells then this #N/B code will appear.

It would be easier to help and test possible solutions if you could attach a copy of your file. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary). I have now added an example. Here I want to get a message "Address is not filled in" if in sheet "Factuur" cell B5 is empty.
But when it is filled then just continue with sub.

I hope it is clear now.
