Line size dependent on cell value

Hi Chaps

New to the forum and VBA but have been using Excel for more years than I care to remember.

I'm looking for a little guidance with something that I'm sure is very simple but, I'm struggling with. Could someone provide me with a snippet of code that will change the length of a line depending on the value of a cell in a workbook. What I'm trying to do is change the length of three lines actually, which make up the X Y and diagonal axis of a chart representing the real power apparent power and reactive power of an electrical system. Or there may be a better way of doing what I'm after with the chart tools.
