In the attached file, if Column C (Custody Account Number) has a value in it than Column E (Asset Manager Account Number) must also have a value. If this condition is NOT meant than the file cannot be "Saved" or "Save As".

Nice work! Can you also add on if there is a data in Column E, than there also must be data in Column C?
And also if the C and E are blank allow it to save/saveas.
