Hiighlight with colour new data inputted

Hi I have the following spreadsheet (see attached), is it possible that when a new project is added in sheet 'Workload', the project name then appears in column B in the sheet 'Weekly Tracker', only when the start date (column F in sheet 'Workload') matches the current date.

For example, in row 14, Project A is added with a start date of 20/01/2021, therefore as soon as this date has been inputted in column F, can the project name appear in column B in sheet 'Weekly Tracker', if the start date matches or exceeds the current date.
